RSS Powerpoint to PSP – Topic:The Dissolution

The Presentation was an introduction on how to identify and organise information in regards to the Dissolution of the Monsateries by Henry VIII.

Point your PSP Browser to http://tinyurl.com/pspteach1 (going their via a normal browser will bring up the images in reverse order)

You can download the Presentation on Dissolution.

I will be posting videos on how to export slides to images, how to resize the image to PSP format, how to rename files, uploading images and finally how to create a RSS feed which you can easily navigate your PSP to.

I have uploaded images of my Powerpoint to my Picasa Web Album and then created a link to the RSS Feed. This will allow you to download the Powerpoint Presentation in the correct order. You can then use the Powerpoint in your lessons by hooking up the PSP to your TV, Monitor or Projector (PSP-2000/3000 models only). You can of course use the slides to refresh you memory of the topic or you can pass them on to students so that they can access the Presentation at their own pace.

PSP Teacher presents Nov News Photobook

I have collected some of the news from the month of November and the updates to the PSN store and produced a nice 11 page photobook. You can download this and all future updates through the RSS Feed I setup using my Picasa account. Just point your PSP’s browser to http://tinyurl.com/psp989 and you will be prompted to save a RSS Channel. Now using the built in RSS Channel on the PSP you can download a free photobook. I will be doing this every month from now on and I will beputting up other content via RSS and downloads, including wallpapers and essays. Here is a zip file for those not RSS inclined.

UPDATE: The book currently downloads the images in reverse order. Therefore you will have to go to the bottom of the folder and then go through to the next page by clicking the LEFT shoulder button. I will fix this for future installments and other photobooks.

FINAL UPDATE: The RSS feed now gives you the images in the reverse order as I have reverse the numbering of the files. This suprisingly means you get the photobook in the correct order once you have download it via RSS.
